How to package a Heat & Eat meal

Got a busy few days coming up? Stay one step ahead and pop a few ready-to-go heat and eat meals in the fridge.

While some of your Power Hour efforts will no doubt be heading to your freezer (packaged separately of course), you may also want to pre-assemble a few instant meals for lunches or easy dinners. Store these individual meals in your fridge for up to three days (72 hours). All you need is a microwave-safe airtight container.

Assembling a Heat & Eat meal:

Main + rice or couscous

  1. Select a single-serve, microwave-safe airtight container
  2. Place your rice or couscous in the bottom of the container
  3. Scoop your main dish on top
  4. Seal tightly with a lid and store in the fridge
